Teaching ethos
How I approach teaching.
I believe that students learn best when they are actively engaged in the learning process. I strive to create a classroom environment that is both challenging and supportive, where students feel comfortable taking risks and exploring new ideas. I also care deeply about the inclusion of technology in the classroom, and I am always looking for new ways to integrate technology into my teaching practice.
Engage students in the learning process
I believe in creating an environment where students are actively involved in their own learning journey. I encourage them to ask questions, participate in discussions, and take ownership of their education.
Give them the tools they need
I value hands-on work that lets students test ideas, iterate, and see how knowledge applies in real contexts. My number one priority is helping students develop technical skills for the sake of providing them a toolbelt of resources to tackle real-world challenges.
Encourage creativity and independence
Using open-ended creative projects, I allow students to explore their interests and express their ideas in unique ways, fostering a sense of ownership and pride in their work.
